There is parking available for 2 to 4 vehicles. The parking is located in front of the property. Please avoid parking on the street.
Yes! We offer Guest Protect Travel Insurance to provide coverage for unexpected events that could disrupt your trip. It covers a range of situations, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss or delay, and more. You can purchase Guest Protect Travel Insurance through the booking section.
Only dogs are allowed at the property. There’s an additional pet fee (please inquire about the cost). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, including all fecal matter. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. Please keep your pets off furniture and beds, or bring a blanket for them to lay on. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. A maximum of two dogs are allowed without prior approval. The fencing is for privacy, not containment, and we are not responsible for escaped dogs. An additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive hair or uncleanliness. Vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided. We require a valid credit card on file. Service dogs are permitted; please message us for more information.
In case of fire or other emergencies, dial 911 immediately. If you experience a fire or any major issues, please contact us as soon as it is safe to do so. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen. We also provide a first aid kit, which is typically located under the kitchen sink or in the pantry.
Please be mindful of our neighbors and minimize loud conversations, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 PM. This home has a strict no-party policy. If a party is held on the premises, you will be required to shut it down immediately and may be asked to leave the property. Fines and fees may be incurred, and refunds for any remaining nights will not be provided. Thank you for your cooperation!
- Noise: Be mindful of neighbors; keep noise levels down.
- Temperature: Max safe temperature is 104°F. Check before use.
- Children: No unsupervised use by minors. Never leave children unattended.
- Additives: No bubbles, chemicals, soaps, or bath oils.
- Health: No use with infections. No alcohol or drugs.
- Safety: No candles, shoes, or use during storms. Surrounding areas may be slippery when wet. Consult a physician if you have any doubts about use. Observe reasonable time limits. Exit immediately if you feel nauseous, dizzy, or faint.
- Responsibility: Leave the hot tub as you found it. You are responsible for all damage. Do not turn off or unplug the hot tub. No jewelry. Cover and lock when not in use, especially with children present. Inspect the cover for damage upon arrival.
Please note that no refunds or date changes will be provided due to COVID-19, as it is no longer considered an unforeseen circumstance. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Many insurance companies offer policies that cover non-refundable reservations due to medical issues, travel delays, or even simply changing your mind. Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. No additional guests are allowed to stay past 12:00 AM. You are solely responsible for any other individuals on the property. Violations of this policy may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of any remaining rental fees.
